1. Is free shipping available?

2. How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number of the package.
3. Can I change the shipping address after I placed my order?
Yes, it is possible to change address only if your order has not been shipped yet by contacting us at sales@cocoislandmart.com / 1-833-339-2626 so we suggest doing this as soon as possible. If your order has shipped, you have to contact the carrier for a change of address.
4. How do I cancel my order?

Yes, local delivery is only available for the following zip code areas in NYC: 11214, 10305, 10314, 10306, 10301, 11204, 11228, 11219, 11220, 11218, 11230, 11223, 11224, 11229, 11235, 10302, 10303, 10310, 10307, 10308, 10309, 10312, 10304 with minimum order of $39.99. Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Otherwise, they will be delivered the next business day.
7. What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at sales@cocoislandmart.com / 1-833-339-2626 to request a replacement or refund. Additionally, providing pictures of damaged item(s) is highly recommended.
8. How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account.
9. Do you deliver to P.O boxes or military bases?
No, only residential and commercial addresses are accepted.
